I'm playing in an SC game right now and I'm enjoying it. I'm a point-build guy from the ground up (so to speak). I've never really gotten deep into random-roll char-gen.

But I have to say, the SC point-build rules (with some random educational system stuff) worked well for me. I felt like I got to flesh out my character stat-wise and then do the skill lottery--which added some energy to the process.

I found it interesting to build a street kid (evolved hyena using the bio-mod rules)--and the character works very well in play.

The scenario and the other players are good too, which helps--but over all, I'm quite pleased with the Star Cluster experience.

It's a well wroght game. I muchly like the artwork. And it plays well.
