They can't be revoked. All anyone has to do is use an earlier version of the license which can't be revoked. All WotC can revoke the d20 logo license which they are not going to do because THAT would cut into their profit margins.

I wouldn't say that the reprinting is awful, overall it's quite good. It's just the lack of Skill and Feat tables and the useless index and table of contents that is the problem. Otherwise I'd say it's more useful than the D&D PHB.
