Well it seems that the OGC 3.5 Psionics rules are only partly like the expanded Psionics Handbook.

What I'd really like is a PPHB Lite that doesn't have the spell lists at the back, so Green Ronin's Pocket Divine and Pocket Arcane can do the trick.
