I skimmed through the Action! core rules, and besides the fact that characters have 6 attributes and the skill system is slightly similar, I have no way of knowing that it is anywhere near the d20 system in design. Why does it need to be OGLed?

Could someone explain because I thought the OGL only mattered to bring out d20 game supplements/campaign worlds/etc.

I almost didn't look at the Action! System because it's OGL and I hate the d20 system (it makes no sense to me, and hopefully I'm allowed to hate it without being flamed).

The Action! system doesn't look half bad, though (so far...)
