Actually, 1.1 doesn't "supercede" the 1.0 rules as much as it fixes a couple of errataed things and a couple of small issues. Also, 1.1 takes out any Properietary Content out of the SRD.

The 1.5 in San Angelo has nothing to do with the version of the Action! System. That is designated that becuase the e-book is a revision of the material from the print version (which would be vers. 1.0) and the material from both the electronic and print versions (to my understanding) will be brought into a new, upcoming, print version (which would be 2.0).
