You can also just use colored stones (Pente stones/Magic life point stones).

If a PC is bleeding two per round, give the player two red stones. If a PC is stunned for five rounds, give the player five white stones and take one each round. If a PC is Hasted for three rounds, give the player three silver stones and take one each round, and so on.
