Yes, "The Book Of Exalted Deeds" has a mature label, and almost for the exact same reason "The Book Of Vile Darkness" does: nipples. While I enjoyed some of the rule content in "Exalted Deeds", I found some of the pictures needlessly lurid. The orc paladin coming across the lesbian succubi springs to mind immediately. Like the wet dream of a hormonal 8th-grader. The mature label means they can do things like "Look! This time our women have NIPPLES!" without being screamed at, since they can just point to the label and be done with it.
