No, it really is that simple: It is cleverly made and reduces the number of charts to ONE for normal actions. In Battle, there are (I think) 6 charts for weapons and 4 for spells. That's it - it is so easy and fast, incredible.
I have been playing RM for some time and I have always tried to simplify some of the rules to get a faster game. HARP was just what I had been aiming at. Just buy it and you will see...
