No, that's the problem. It looks like he's just saying what he likes and doesn't like, while at the same time he's gutting out components of the game. The SA's are vital to the issue of dangerous combat, but he doesn't use them (it's like not using BAB in D&D).

It's like giving a review of a car and saying it gave a bad ride...while never using the clutch during the test drive. It doesn't really matter if you give concrete examples of what you did and didn't like about the car, when your screwing around in driving it.

A review like this is like the old joke about air being reviewed "100% of people who breath air, will die one day!!!!". Yeah, air is such a crap product.
