I've liked almost all your previous reviews, but this one I have issues with.

I think some of your criticisms are on the mark - the difficult layout (visual and structural), for example, and the unsuitability to new gamers.

However, I feel you don't really get across what the Mytholder has done with the ruleset, and put too much emphasis on what you perceive as the 'faltering weight' of the d20 Modern rules.

Devoting a paragraph to new feats and advancement seems very odd to me, given the game specifically discourages character advancement as genre-inappropriate in most cases. (Let alone the fact that I think you overstate the impact of this advancement on play.)

(That said, I'd only bump it's numbers up to 4/3.)
