This just baffles me.

Firstly its a competitive game so fighting your friends is a valid part of the experience. If people are uncomfortable with that then they can play something else. There is no such thing as hosing the loser. Its they way these games work.

Secondly and more importantly as has been repeated over and over: hosing the loser doesn't win you the game. If you pick on the person going last you aren't concentrating on the person doing the best. This allows them to get the win. Remember how victory cubes re allocated. this is one of the most important tactics in the game.
