I started a Conan game recently, and have been disappointed with the layout and overall design of the book. Too much of it assumes the user has Howard's stories, which I don't think should be a prerequisite. Every race listed should have some sort of character as a representative, especially when the geographies meld into each other.

And the headers throughout the book all have the same point size, which sounds like a minor point, but trying to figure out which section is part of which overall section is ridiculous. And the index doesn't even have all of the terms you might be looking up, so you have to remember which page it was on. And if they'd had at least one editor read the damn thing, there wouldn't be a typo on every page.
