I'd buy the Monster Manual to go along with it if I didn't already have it. A lot of the monsters in it aren't very Conanish but quite a few could be used during the Hyporian Age without blinking too much of an eye -- especially Outsider & Elemental-types for various sorerous summonings. No dragons though. I'd use Dinosaurs instead. Converting the two combat systems is easy (Natural AC bonuses become DR & the creatures get a DV value based on their base Reflex save progression - also damage on most attacks go up a die-type). The hard-part is justifying a lot of spell-like abilities but it'd be easy to strip them instead & just lower the CR. Wouldn't toned-down Yuan-Te make good Serpent-Men?
