Just a quick comment on two specific issues I've noted in reading the book.

1) The margins seem awfully close to the edge of the page, and the gutter between the columns of text is too narrow -- it is often difficult for my eye to "grab" where the end of the column is.

2) Consider the classic advice of a sans serif font for headings, and a serif font for body text. Currently, the headings are often difficult to pick out in the general flow of text, which makes scanning for a particular topic very difficult.
