I suppose if they all have just "heal others", yep. in practise I've seen a ton of Jedi Guardians all who can only heal themselves

Vitality is more than just fatigue, it's bruising, cuts and so on. Remember that 1 wound points is 10% of your LIFE -- so anything less than that (vitality) might even include broken ribs, dislocations, burns -- anything which *can* be ignored when adrenaline runs high.

Also, most people likely to be stranded on a planet light years from civilization should have at least a medkit and some first aid skills, in which case with vitality first aid attempts every hour, it won't take very long to get back in shape.
