The one and only online retailer where I cannot currently find CBoEM at some sort of discount is Amazon, and that's the *only* Malhavoc product on which Amazon doesn't currently have a discount. For some reaosn it's a "special order" right now; I wouldn't be surprised if that changed in the future.

Browsing Monte's site, I can find no mention of any such policy. I'm also fairly certain that Monte doesn't really have any say what retailers do with Malhavoc products, especially since Malhavoc is just one of many companies published by White Wolf's Sword & Sorcery Studios imprint. I don't think they can, or want to, dictate anything to retailers.

If you've got some reliable source for this info, though, I'd be interested in hearing it.
