Of for @!#$'s sake. How in god's name is it unethical to ask for a couple ofparagraphs of spoiler information ? I'm not asking you to scan and paste the book.

But that isn't what you asked for. You want all the details of the metaplot - who Bishop is, who is running the show, what is actually happening. That is a large part of what each book contains. It's not something that can be summed up in a paragraph - and I have already provided enough of a spoiler for that kind of information... enough to help someone decide if they want to buy the books or not. If you have decided not to buy the books, why should I tell you the main content? If you want to know, then you can bleeding well do what every other person who wants to know the details has done... buy the books.

I spend over $200 a month or RPGs, I don't care enough about the Orpheus metaplot to divert some of that money to the games line.

That's your call to spend your money that way. It's called opportunity cost. Either you buy the next Exalted book this month or you buy it next month and get Orpheus this month. You say that your not interested enough to buy them - then you can't be interested in the metaplot, as that is still a large part of why you'd buy the books - mostly they are filled with secret information about the setting. You can't understand the metaplot without knowing all the secrets... that's the whole point of buying them.

I'm interested in the metaplot, but I'm not going to buy books I'm never going to use to satisfy my curiosity about the secrets of the setting. WW has certainly never cared about people discussing the metaplots, hell I'm sure they are glad people are talking about it, it's all publicity for them.

As a matter of fact, they have cared about people talking about their metaplots. As for saying your not going to run a metaplot you have never read - Puh-lease. You can't reasonably make claims like that. Chances are that if you actually went out and bought the books you would find that Orpheus will become your #1 priority game - that's what happened to me, and to quite a few other people.

In the end, what you are wanting is, in my opinion, wrong and unfair. If someone else wants to give you the info, well the onus lies on them. I will NOT be bullied or insulted for standing up for my values.
