I can certainly understand your comments on systems - I've been in that boat and ended up in the same place in the end.

The MRE comment is trivial - it's one of those minor things you wouldn't notice unless you just happened to have heard the history at some point. As a veteran I remember one of the old timers talking about the C & K's once, so it triggered in my mind to research when the switch happened when I read it in Omlevex.

And yeah, Omelet... :P
