Right, and the power and versatility of such things is judged by how many skill ranks it takes up, and the campaign issues involved. I was thinking of using the guidelines in Everway for that, which I think are some of the cleanest rules for powers I've seen. Hmmm....maybe that's the way to do superpowers, then? I'll get back to you in a few days, when I'm back in CA with all my game stuff!
