Is mostly about having no rules. I admit it was kind of a strange product but it was a nice way of getting stuff about shoujo and the games without the 'burden' of Fudge rules.

I gotta agree with CK though, Revised is pretty cool in comparison. Also "Living on a Dream" has a rules system for 'courting' (one of the Heart Quest expansions)

It talks about basically persuading girls over to liking you (or boys) through a measuring system of reaction checks and a score total
