I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who's used the book in a real game, preferably over several sessions.

Its sounds like an interesting read and the kind of book you can give kudos to for effort, but has anyone actually used it in play on a regular basis?

Do you find you use it for every (or at least most) combats? Or do you handle most combats "regular way" and pull out the crit mechanics for the big "boss" battles?

Are there some opponents you just don't waste time using crits for? And if so, what standard do you use?

In a battle with 6-8 players against 20-30 orks a couple of ogres and the like...I'm having a real hard time envisioning tracking just how much each hit hit by and then proceeding to appropriate crit tables.
