When I originally submitted my Battlestar Galatica Miniseries review I went for a black background with yellow text (hot links in white), looked nice, and I thought it rather simple. But something went awry somewhere and it wouldn't take properly.

I ended up having to redit the entire document.

Maybe I need to look into this Dreamweaver thing?
