Ok, that's a great synopsis slash blurb about the nature of the game's contents, but it feels like you didn't really tell me a

For instance: How reliant upon BESM is this product? Are core books required, or is this stand alone system presented?

You say that "Hearts Swords Flowers (hereafter HSF) is well-written and knowledgeable." Great. How about providing, at the minimum, a quote or two of solid examples from the book for showcasing what made you feel this way?

Don't get me wrong, as a synopsis that ain't bad. In fact it's pretty decent. But when read at a glance (many of us do that, you know) that brevity and succintness almost makes the product sound horrible.

Granted you do state, "I'm sorry to be so vague, but frankly you just have to read it."

And that is very true. There are some things you just have to read to get the feel of, so I hear ya. Just saying I'd like to have had a little more detail about the contents. Otherwise, as I said, a very good synopsis. Write more.
