Looney Tunes CCG

Converted from Phorums BB System

This sounds almost EXACTLY like the old Looney Tunes CCG designed by James Ernest and also produced by WOTC.

The main difference seems to be the use of keywords instead of "suits" on the cards, so it actually makes sense what characters complete or trash a scene (in Looney Tunes it seemed kind of random).

Mind you, I don't really object to fixing and re-releasing a game (although, to my knowledge, the only other time it's happened was when X-Files turned into Scooby-Doo). Looney Tunes was a really colorless, boring game, though, and didn't seem to have anything to do with its source material. Does playing Simpsons actually feel like you're participating in an episode, or is it just a collectible trick-taking game like its (possible) predecessor?
