As was stated, the Angel magic system isn't terribly well developed. The Buffy: Magic Box (okay, that sounded wrong) supplement has more of the magic rules. Or, you could just get the free PDF download of the complete Witchcraft rules by the same fine people, which has a very developed magic system (though much lower power than Mage, which, IMHO is good). At the very least, it will give you a good idea of what the Unisystem is like, though Angel and BtVS use a simplified version, with some extras.
