Never having heard of this either, I tried doing a search on yahoo. Turned up 21 times.

Mostly seems to be some sort of skater thing, though it also turned up some sort of Civil War reference, too.

I guess this is a final confirmation I'm old - when someone mentions a slang term, and I have no clue whatsoever what they are talking about.
