You're not making much sense...but I'll try to make sense of it.

It's a Uresia product. The reviewer said it's worth it even if you have the original. However, there's no actual new Uresia info. Just d20 rules stuff.

So really, the deciding factor on whether it's worth it or not(assuming you have the original) is whether you really need extra crunchy bits for Anime d20.

I don't care for d20, so without new setting material, it's not a worthy product for me. I have the original. It's got nothing to appeal to me personally.

I'm not saying the reviewer should say everything, but when stating "even if you have the original," it's only common sense to also include "as long as you like Anime d20." If you don't, and you're looking for new Uresia content, then it's not going to be worth it.
