Converted from Phorums BB System

There is a LOT in the book I didn't expand on due to the fact that there is a LOT in the book. For instance, it has one of the most realistic Hacking (computers) mechanics I've ever seen in a game, but I'm sorry, I went off topic

The Humankalorie worship aliens known as the Kalor. "Humankalorie" means "humans like kalor" and in fact, are Kalor citizens by their own laws. It's because those laws are never changing and have a lot of loopholes. But I should start at the beginning:

The Kalor arrived on earth in about 1060, and about 15 years later, they started to take on a physiology and likeness of humans. And they begin inslaving humans until about 1217 (the alien way). They lived on a lunar colony until about 1320, but only because their ship crashed there. The technologies were irreparable, so they came to earth to live like humans. Since then, much of their technology and even planetary origins have been erased, and the only thing they still have from their original culture is the laws and rituals. They came to earth and outright hid in the Andes mountains until around 1950. Skip ahead to 2052, and the government drops all this info on the people, and a few felt violated by the aliens and wanted blood. But the aliens, at that point, were earthlings (and had lost all their ancient hostilities and misunderstandings towards the humans and had actually blended in with the populace). Most saw them as such, and only thought of them as another ethnic group. Then there were those who wanted to know about their culture and whatnot, and started a growing trend of following their ways of life. Those people found a loophole in the laws which gave them Kalor citizenship. There is a lot more on this in the book, including ritual fighting styles and a little on the actual Kalor culture (as well as a more indepth timeline).

Hope that relatively answered the question. The Kalor aren't your typical aliens.
