I guess that just shows how subjective art is... while there are several of pieces that are just "eh" to me, the Lightning Rails Station is the only one I really dislike so far - shouldn't there be 2 support platforms???

On the whole, I really like the majority of artwork. The only art pieces that seem really different in style from the rest of the art are the chapter openings, and they're done in an old pulp-comics style that I think is as evocative of the game as anything else. So I'd say the different art styles enhance the book, rather than detract from it.
