Thanks for the review - you've certainly grasped what we were trying to achieve with these rules. Turjan's Tome is supposed to reflect a different style of play altogether.

1. The cover image is of Turjan preparing to steal an amulet from Prince Kandive the Golden.

2. Art. The art you don't like is by Charles Reid - it's deliberately pulpy, almost cartoony. I like it, but at least one other reviewer shares your opinion. Maybe I should fire my art director.

We haven't had many examples of play from purchasers, and I will offer a reward to anyone willing to email one or describe one in a thread.
