As far as I'm concerned, it's the perfect combination. On its own, POKÉMON is a bit too bright and chirpy for me in extended doses- similarly, on its own, CALL OF CTHULHU's unrelenting nihlism can be a bit much. Together, however, they're just right!

Not to mention it resolves the ethical question of capturing small animals and forcing them to battle each other. You don't want these critters roaming freely in the wild, now, do you?
