To say nothing of the humor of portraying the nation's biggest kiddie fad's (a couple years ago, anyway) amazingly cute critters as little demons who ensnare kids into venturing into the forbidden arts. It always struck me as a wickedly funny way of spoofing the popularity of Poke'mon.
