Brand, from your review I get the impression that you get a re-working of Wushu and some stuff about what Pulp is and then some archetypes.

Are there any rules tweaks that make it especially pulpy? Are there pulp=style super hero mechanics? Or is it literally Wishu as is with some Pulp sauce on top?
