Okay...
Last I checked, Sullen service was readily available at McDonald's and Burger King, while the higher-end restaurants are far more likely (though not guaranteed) to have cheerful service...
Good scriptwriters, for movies, are hard to find at any price, while idiotic scripts abound...
And the talents to put a professional polish on a .PDF file are entirely different from those required to write a good, clever, entertaining game!
That's why most publishers have one guy who knows how to do the technical writing, and another guy (or team of guys) to do the layout and design work (if they can afford a sufficient staff, that is...)!
