I think that Game of Thrones will be either doing away with hp inflation, or keeping it lower....so even a 20th lvl fighter has only 40 hp or something...but better defensive abilities to try and keep him alive.

I'm not a designer on the game or anything....I just seem to remember reading something about that on their message boards.
