I would go ahead and check out AFMBE- it is very tongue-in-cheek at times. To be honest, it sounds just like what the author of the review was looking for- a stand alone product that focuses on zombies and zombie-hunting.

Plus, AFMBE has its own D20 convesrion... and though Blood and Brains may be a great product, it just seems to be way too much like AFMBE to really be worth much attention.
