Suppose this means the end to the GURPS niche books, like <I>Special Ops</I> and <I>Russia</I>.

I don't like the GURPS system but I love SJG's worldbooks, and I use them to fill in "holes" in my genre palette. Had about twenty or thirty of them at one point before I got robbed ... not one of them a "big genre" book like High-Tech or Fantasy.

I hope that they might consider keeping some of the old 3E books in print, or perhaps combining them to make up the larger volume size (tame example, <I>GURPS Technomancers</I> and <I>GURPS Cthulhupunk</I> combine to make <I>GURPS Dark Future</I>, etc.)

On the other hand, some of the niche books ended up feeling a little squeezed to make the smaller page count. I sure wouldn't mind seeing 250 pages of <I>GURPS Egypt</I>.
