Lighten up, man.
For one thing, this is a CAPSULE review, i.e. a review done after a reading or two that doesn't always have to go into excrutiating detail. The author of the review goes through chapter by chapter and tells you what was included, or in his mind, not included in each.
How is listing **WHAT'S IN THE BOOK** unuseful information for the prospective buyer?
Yeah, it's a bit sparse... but obviously the "claremont academy" chapter details an x-men-esque setting... It doesn't take Karnak to figure out what the jist of that chapter is going to contain. You can say that he wasnt specific enough, but as a potential buyer you know that 'hey, if I want to run X-Men in the M&M game, this book will be useful to me' or conversely 'the X-Men are played out, hence this chapter is a waste of space'...
I've never understood why people attack reviewers. If you didnt get enough info, why not ask the reviewer for more detail?
Why all the hostility?
