Those sidebars, handy examples that they are, make the game look even more complex to non Hero people, and even to Hero veterans who have gone elsewhere.

They kept me from returning for quite some time...

Now that I am in the Hero fold again, I like them as I know what they are up to and have looked at them in detail, but when just glancing through they are intimidating.
