Amazing. I rarely post here, but your response demands it.
I always thought Crunchy Frog stuff looked funny, though I had not actually purchased any of their products. Now...I can't see it happening under any circumstances. The one personal interaction I've witnessed with anyone from the company is this exchange.
Where does the ego come from?
1st - A lot of people like your games? Relative to what?
2nd - Whather you "can" is what's being debated in a review. If the review is bad, then you "can't". I don't think you come across as a candidate for "teacher" at this point either.
3rd - "A nest of wannabees and jerks" - That's an excellent attempt to rise above and show what a professional you are. One of the major RPG review sites on the web and that's how you choose to characterize it after one bad review? Nice. Based on the description of the game and your subsequent posts, I'm tempted to describe Crunchy Frog in exactly the same way.
I really hope this is a troll similar to the "Monte Cook" guy, but based on some of the other responses, I don't think it is. It's unfortunate. Maybe you should rethink your approach. Just ignoring the obvious flames seems to work for most publishers. You're going to get some bad reviews. It happens. Don't make it a crusade, just move on.
