I am very disappointed with d20 future and I have been waiting for it for LONG time. Am I going crazy or is 224 pages like nothing compared to the 384 pages of d20 modern! Why cram, why not just use more pages! simple! Also, it was said that one of the book's "strengths" was that it covered a lot of topics, what about futuristic internet systems, a la the matrix! There was absolutely no discussion of new internet rules of environments or new internet cultures. And when I say matrix I am referring to more of a neuromancer type scenario than wachowski matrix one. Isn't that one of the most controversial topics in science fiction, what a totally artificial digital experience will do to us and our lives and communication and society????? Whats going on here, does no one else notice this about d20 future?
