i see your point about one person having all the fun, but still computers and hacking are important parts of the established literary genre. The word cyberpunk doesn't just mean anything you want it to mean, there is already a history behind it with serious expectations. You may not care what authors such as Gibson think but your players might and rightfully so since Gibson is the one who created the term "cyberpunk" in the first place. So if you are going to call your campaign cyberpunk it should better have something akin to Gibson's "matrix" (which is something by the way all published "cyberpunk" roleplaying games conatin.)
