Well thats what I assume it would be. Which would also be the reason for using the melee combat system for starship combat. Personally I think they should have adapted the vehicle combat rules so that the two were compatible.

Besides that would also make the combat a little more cinematic and a little less "move, stop, shoot till dead, move, stop, shoot till dead."
