Converted from Phorums BB System

I'm glad you enjoyed Vampire: The Requiem, i feel the same way about that game, but your post has some pretty bizarre bits i would thank you if you explained them a little more:

"[Vampire: The Requiem] Its less focused en leveling up and adquiring nifty magical items [than V: TM]"

Er.. who was you GM, man? V:TM (at least as it was published) had very, very little magical items (the core books almost never mentioned those things). And as for power gaming, well, that's really a gaming style, not inherent in one specific game. It certainly were never systems or game structures that encouraged munchkinism in V:TM.

"Has clearer connections with world vampire mythology"

Well... kind of. I kind of agree with you on that one

"Offers more Storyteller freedom without sacrificing support for the genre"

Mmmhh... define "freedom".

"Is generally less dorky in that revised game system kind of way"

"¿Dorky?" Granted, i like the new system better than the former one just as you do, but the former system still was pretty rules-light and flexible if you ask me
