In a way. For ST and hit points at least there is a 10% point break for different size levels (size level x 10%). While you can keep tacking on higher size levels as much as you want, GURPS 4th sets a cap of 80% on the total point break from enhancements so the point break tops out at level 8. Of course, size level 8 is 50 yards long, which should be more than adequate for any living creature you want to create.
