How exactly *does* one assign Ranks to things? What actually determines your starting Mojo? What, game mechanically, does mojo actually *do*? How exactly is the game like FUDGE?

Of course, all those answers might be there, but my blindness and stupidity stops me from seeing them. It's a good thing I can touch type.
