This is an old thread I've only just wandered back to, but it's still remarkably hard to bite my electronic tongue over this one.

Solid game design does not mean the anal retentive categorisation of stupid details. Solid Game Design does not mean saying "well *obviously* if you put a Bag of Holding into a Portable Hole, they'll mutually annihilate doing 10D6 damage to everybody within a 60ft radius.

Do we ever get a secene of empty suits of clothes floating around in Dracula? No. Neither do we get Johnathon Harker wondering whether a suitcase would vanish from a mirror of Dracula picked it up.
