I believe the discussion centered more on the original game rather than what Hero might or might not do with Harbinger. Dark Champions(1st version) was supposed to show players how to make a low-level vigilante campaign. If a player started at the recommended 200 pt. level, played once a week for a year, and got 5 pts. xp/week, still couldn't come close to matching Harbinger's level. That's not a good way to demonstrate how to make a character. As to what they are doing with him now, I don't know. I never said he shouldn't exist in the universe, just if he was a sample character, then he should have been made that way.
