If you're trying to convince me that the earlier version of Dark Champions was a miserable excuse for a gaming product, that should never have seen the light of day, don't bother... I'm already convinced!

Even in the earlier game, I don't think that anyone ever suggested that Harbinger was a 'good example of character design', so let's let that part of the discussion drop!
