Hi Ben!

Listen, James--Hacienda + Forest House is broken, to be sure, but we don't allow people to get two Forests per Settler, even with Hacienda. I believe the way we play it is: you can take a random, then take a Forest and burn one of the face-up tiles. This also prevents the taking of a Quarry and a Forest at the same time. (I'm pretty sure Rio Grande actually errata'd this.)
